International student pre-nursing

I'm not international, but you all would need to start by approaching the nursing school/program you are interested in and asking them what they require for international students. If you are just applying for a state university, you may need to check directly with the registrar at the school for entry requirements.

Just from what I have seen in the past of applying to schools, they may request a translation of your transcripts from your prior schooling in your country of origin for some programs. Another thing most require is a test called the TOEFL or IELTS. These tests are to make sure your English proficiency is satisfactory for the program you will enroll in. The translation of transcripts & the tests are not free, so just be aware you would have to pay for them.

Always check w/ the school you are interested in. Most of them have their own websites and their instructions and/or contact person should be listed there for further questions.

Hi everyone!!

Is there anyone here an international student who is doing pre-nursing or any nursing programs I need some help for how to start etc..

so much confusion right now I'm wasting so much time only in searching for schools not getting any proper information at all.

?oh my bad your first post is misleading. Thanks for the pointers i have since overcome those challenges iam now vigorously searching for Finaid to support what i saved up for my BSN. Challenge after Challenge ?
