What countries have nursing shortages

I am thinking about heading to different pastures after graduation. I have thought about the UK as I have lived there before and still have close friends there. But I want to explore other options too. I am really only considering Europe, Australia or New Zealand. What is the pay in your country. I can not do travel nursing as I have a husband and three kids.

Any info would be great.

Salaries in Europe, NZ, and Australia will not come close to what you can make in the US. Do you speak any other languages? If it is a non-English speaking country that you are considering, remember you will need to take your nursing boards over there and in that language, same as anyone coming to the US.

And yes, you can do travel nursing with a family. There are contracts for usually two years to work in Australia, NZ, or the UK.

Something else to consider.....................

Also, remember that to even be considered for a two year contract, they are going to want someone with current work experience in the US, minimum of one year but most prefer two years..............
