notarize application Form 1 to NY BON

My sister want to take NCLEX at New York. She is in PR China.

I want to ask how and where will she notarize her application Form 1 to NY BON and her cvs application to CGFNS? In USA Embassy?

I mean she will file application for NY licensure, but will take NULEX RN test at pearson vue of Hongkong. Will she get notarized Form 1 at US Embassy?

She is applying for licensure in the state of NY, it does not matter where in the world that she writes the NCLEX exam. One is not related to the other.

Pearson-Vue is just a company that is contracted to administer the NCLEX exam in the US and around the world.

The Form 1, as well as the CVS need to be notarized, and that needs to be done at the US Embassy if you want to make sure that the documents will be accepted here in the US.
