Hi, this is my first post here so bare with me...;)

here's my case..

Im a US immigrant and will be graduating this coming year, my dad told me to take all necessary exams.. as of this moment Im kinda confused and have some questions hope u guys can help,.

here's my concerns..

a. should i take the local board, or can I directly go ( USA ) w/o this and take the NCLEX abroad?

b. what are other exams should i take?

c. if ur on my situation what would you do? I mean being blessed to have this opportunity of leaving PI anytime I want..

Very few actually do, and remember that the original poster already has a green card.

so what exams I must take?? Nclex only?

Yes, the NCLEX-RN exam only. You have a green card, so you do not need the English exams and a Visa Screen Certificate.

There are a few states that will require the TOEFL if you graduated overseas, and even if you have a US passport. But the issue is that the other exams are not normally needed for you.
