Was talking to a friend who works in Ontario, she said that benefits are not "free" there, that she pays a minimum fee towards dental and medical.
What about the rest of the provinces?

Hi, In regards to the dental coverage ...........some plans say they pay 100% however what they fail to tell you is that they are paying out on a previous years dental scale. This sometimes is where the difference is. For basic dental care a decent plan normally pays anywhere between 100% - 80% of the year they are paying out on (some companies base their payout on a dental scale from a few years behind).
