Hey Guys,
Im sure this had been asked before but I'm new here and I couldn't find it.
Cgfns just approved my German nursing lisence.
yay, right, well not so much!
I last worked in Germany 2011 but I did work over here in the last 4 year as a PCT as well as an EKG tech which I also took a college course for. I worked also in a home health and took complete care of a bedridden family member.
I'm just wondering, since they changed the law, you either had to have worked in a job where you used your specialized nursing knowledge or skills. It's not limited to the traditional role such as hands on, direct patient care.
They told me to submit everything that I did at my job and if it's not good enough to either start all over or go to another state and do the lisence!
Anybody has been in the same or similar situation?
thank you in advance,
Anna
