International College of Health Sciences

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here and hopefully I'm posting this in the right area. I'm currently an LVN in Ca and looking into a 1 year LVN-RN on-line program based out of Fl. The name of the school is called International College of Health Sciences based out of Boyton Beach, Fl. I was just wondering if anyone here has had some experiences in dealing with this school, currently attending, or could provide any insight into the program. Any help would be much appreciated. Hi 

You are going to take your NCLEX in Florida not in California. one you pass your NCLEX then you can endorse it in cali.

Have you taken your Gap test yet?

Oh okay. I thought we can give NCLEX in Ca too. Because one of my friend is doing RN from ICHS and she told me that we can give NCLEX in Ca once we are done. No I am giving on sep 4th. Do you know anybody who finished RN in here and endorse licence to Ca

Okay I am just scared. I just wanted to ask someone if it is worth to choose this school because it is out of state. I just wanted to confirm that Ca will accept all the courses and will be eligible to endorse in Ca

I was hesitant too in the beginning but I see a lot of people are choosing this school and you can get in easily as others have waiting lists.

Yes u can take it in . I am also doing the oct start date . Already took the GAP test which is not easy anymore. It’s thru HESI ans has 160 questions. Was literally like a NCLEX style test. 
 

I call the boards and figured out all the stuff for endorse over to Cali so you’re good to go.  I have friends that are doing the program

also right now. 

So we can give NCLEX in Ca or we have to endorse our licence in Ca

You don’t have to take the NCLEX in California. You can Take it in Florida without transferring the credits. Once you have the Flors license just apply for the California license.

I studied in the bay. Choosing this route bc I have kids and can’t attend class so this is the best option. And I do research before I do anything. And this is best as it can get.
