Insurance company nursing??

I keep reading that Nurse's can work in insurance companies. I'd like to hear from some Nurse's who work in jobs like these. How did you find your job? What does your job entail? How much experience was required? And finally, do you find that the stress level is significantly less than bedside nursing?

I did high risk OB case management. Mostly tracking the at risk pregnant clients by phone. Bored me to tears. I only lasted 3 months.

I'm thinking I may enjoy something like that. I'm tired of racing around like a chicken with my head cut off every night lol.
