Inova pay rates for expierenced nurses

I have applied to Inova Alexandria, Fairfax and Loudon hospitals. I have 9 years experience as a nurse in med/surg and NICU. I really want to be an OR nurse but in Philadelphia you have to have OR/perioperative experience. I have my BSN, working on my MSN online.

My question is: What is the pay rate for an experienced nurse in Inova? I see vastly different salary estimates from $26/ hour new grads - 91000 a year roughly 43.75 /hour.

I would have to relocate and with cost of living being high I was looking for room to rent. Not my first choice. But if I'm looking at that low... Mind you I made $26 as a new grad while living with my folks.

Any experienced nurses who relocated or didn't start their nursing career in Inova advise would be helpful
