I work for ISC in Corpus Christi, Texas. The model is a bit different from other HH agencies but I love it. My intention is to stay here for the duration of my nursing career and retire with this company. The expectations and demands are high but the reward is worth the effort after all is said and done.

I had an interview with them about a year ago. They wanted me to work every 3rd weekend, but didn't give any comp days to make up for those weekend days. I told the interviewer that I did not want to work 12 days in a row. End of story.

Disregard my last post! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the bright side, my lawyer is having lots and LOTS of fun! ;-)
