my friend was a company nurse she injected a hepa B vaccine to a certain operator when she is done she noticed blood in the syringe.. it should be IM , but she injected it directly in the vein that is why there is blood in the syringe what could possibly happen to him? She said she didnt notice there is blood when she pulled back the syringe that is why she injected the whole vaccine.. thanks for the help

Just because there is blood doesn't mean the injection was IV.
