Can anyone tell me good Indianapolis travel nurse agencies, thinking about going this route for the first time. Also if you could tell me important questions to ask that night not be so obvious. Thanks!

I only know of really one agency in Indiana, Medical Staffing Solutions, and they are a good way away from Indianapolis. But you are misunderstanding the nature of travel nursing. It is a national business, and most agencies place nationally. You don't need an agency for every job.

You also probably don't want to consider just one agency. Instead, scrape some agency names from anywhere, and call a dozen or so. Pick perhaps five to work with, the ones you communicate best with as that is a major determinant of traveler satisfaction. You need to be signed up with at least that many to have a decent choice of assignments, and to reality check compensation quotes.
