Independent LPN pay cut in OHIO

The state of Ohio is planning to cut independent LPN wages by 30%. Anyone that is effected by this can contact the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services to protest. Please help!

What is an independent LPN? Does your state determine pay? Here in PA it is the facility that determines pay.

The only effective way to prostest this, in my opinion, is if every single LPN in Ohio walked off the job at once in solidarity. That would create a shortage that will kick someone in the teeth.
