Incoming 40 yr old LPN student.

Published

Hello Everyone:

I am a 40 year old incoming nursing student. I will be attending Lincoln Tech in paramus. I wanted to know if anyone here has attended LTI Did you like it, how were the classes. I have hopes to become an RN. If anyone has been or is in my shoes please be honest and tell me how it was or is. I start this coming October. Thanks, Nervous reck :barf02:

I'm 39 and am starting my 5th week of LPN school. I was terrified the first couple of weeks, but now I'm really enjoying it. Just look at it as a job! My school does nclex style tests and I'm gonna warn you: they are a booger! But after you have taken a few of them you will figure out how to study. Pay very very closes attention to the wording on the tests.

Thank you sooooo much. what was the hardest subject in your opinion to study for?

I am almost 42 and just graduated from LPN school and today found out I passed the NCLEX. I don't know the school you are talking about but it is hard...I know for me I wouldn't have had the maturity to do nursing school when I was just out of HS. I am now going forward to bridge to my RN.
