Inactive Question!

Hello all! I am an LPN in Ohio and currently an LVN in California. We are coming up on time to renew in Ohio but I work and live in CA. I would like to put my OH license to inactive but I cannot figure it out online. Is there anyone out there with some insight? Please and thank you.

    When you moved you should have sent your new address to the Ohio Board and if you had, you should be receiving a renewal notice. In fact you should have received a security code around July. At present the Ohio Board website is a bit confusing because half the forms you could or should print off for address changes etc are sample only. Anyway you will have to go on line and create an account etc. State of Ohio Board of Nursing Main Page You cannot miss it—home page, LPN renewal plus there is an email to contact the board…
