"in-state tuition" refers to your legal residence, not your "just dropping by to work here (but i really live, pay my property taxes, and vote somewhere else)" residence. your post doesn't make it clear whether it's fl in-state tuition you're looking for, but that's the one you'd qualify for.

I have a RN license out of state and will be working there temporarily however, I have a permanent home, vehicle registration, voters license , drivers license etc in the state of Florida. Would I be able to get in state tuition with a professional license and job out of state ?
