Check with National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners on line they may be able to help. Or try yours states Pediatric Nurse association, the way I foung my preceptor was by chance, I was telling the clerk at the grocery store that I was looking for a good preceptor and she told me try her PNP. Or call the local pediatric hospital, talk to some one on the general med/surg floor or er for names of Pediatricians or PNP's. The area you are in should be flooded with those. Where do you go to school. I know if you are on line you are left on your own to find them. Good luck

I'm a PNP student in my 2nd semester of my program. I am looking for a great PNP preceptor in primary peds practice 2 days/wk for the short 10 week summer session. I am looking in the Washington DC area, including Prince Georges, Montgomery County, Howard County and Annapolis. I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
