important question..please please help!

hey. i applied to UTMB for the fall 06. i was just looking at their website and i realized i have not taken the life and physical science elective :uhoh21: . i applied to UTMB at the last minute so i didn't know that this was required. examples of the life and physical science elective include like extra chemistry, biology, geology, astronomy, pathopysiology. im crying hysterically right now..im so angry at myself! do you know if there is any way i could call the school tomorrow and tell them i failed to mention on my application that i'm going to take pathophysiology over the summer. i'm either going to take patho or geology. or is it possible that i could take patho during my fall semester there? if you attend UTMB or know anything about this, PLEASE let me know!! ugh i dont know what to do and i could seriously kill myself for this..everything else is in order but this . i worked so hard on my grades, my personal statement, and references and i will be so angry if i don't get accepted b/c i didn't mention on my application that i plan on taking the class over the summer...i need your advice please! thank you in advance!!

If they accept you, Im sure they realize that u would be a credit short and make it clear to you that it would be a conditional acceptance on the grounds that you finish the credits over the summer prior to the program. I have read the handbook and you have to have ALL credits completed before you begin the program. Its not impossible-its inconvenient but not impossible. Plus, many students get accepted while still in the process of finishing up their last few prereq's.
