immuran

my best friend is on immuran for auto-immune hepatitis (we are hoping she can come off it long enough to have a baby w/o a flare-up)

HOWEVER - if she can't - have you all heard of any problems w/ newborns or children after being born to mothers on this med?

the doc's are telling her there "usually" aren't problems - not enough info for preg. class..... just curious - she is very worried about any injury it may cause immediately or in the future...

any info you have would be helpful
