Immunizations in Phoenix/Tempe?- where can I go for cheap?

Published

So, i recently moved to Phoenix and I do not have a doctor yet, where can I go to get immunzations that won't cost me $200 or more? I called the Desert samaritan Occupational clinic and its going to cost me around $250- you have to be rich to apply for nursing school. All these little fees are starting to add up. Any suggestions? Does mesa CC give them? Thanks for your help.

I am pretty sure that ASU gives them. I'm not sure about the price. Many cc's do also. Here is a link from Maricopa CCs on where to get immunizations.

Specializes in ER.

I needed several immunizations prior to beginning as a travel nurse because I could not prove I had had some childhood diseases. I went to the local health department and I think the whole thing was minimal cost. That included D.T., TB test, and MMR I think. Check it out, let your tax dollars work for YOU for a change!
