The wait time for EB-3 Green card for "the rest of the world" would increase to 10 yrs and for EB-2 (which is current for rest of the world) would immediately retrogress

This bill died in 2011. A new bill neeeds to be proposed for 2012, i do not think this is fair for people waiting their turn.

No-I don't think it did, but it's been delayed for the moment by Sen Grassley.
