I'm late changing my name...

I changed my name at the beginning of the year and am now in the process of changing it with the Ohio BON. I am afraid I will receive disciplinary action for being past the 30 day deadline... Can anyone shed some light on this?

I would work on this STAT. I doubt much will come of it, but the sooner you face it the better off you will be. It is such a pain to change your name when you get married. To be honest I just used the last of my checks with my maiden name on them. :blink:
