So this was what happened, I was asked to prepare glutathione and to inject in intramusculary via the deltoid muscle. When I injected intramusculary, I did not saw any blood back flow. I was not able to aspirate to check for blood. When I injected the medication half-way through, I stopped and then I saw minimal blood flow. What is the reason for this? What are the possible complications? (Also, I read that gluta can be injected IM or IV). I'm really bothered by this.

what do you mean by when you stopped in the middle of giving the injection? You stopped then you aspirated?
