Hi :D

I'm new to this site and I didn't really know how to phrase this question properly, so I am sorry if my title didn't make sense. I wanted to write more but I couldn't :/

Anyways, I'm 17 and I LOVE Hello Kitty and all my uni supplies like books, folders, pens ect are Hello Kitty and Disney. I know it might be babyish, but I think it's super cute.

Will the nurses and doctors laugh at me for this?

I asked this question on another site, but I was just wondering what nurses would think

Thank you and I'll be 18 when I start btw

Thanks (:

First off you will most likely be a totally different person by the time you graduate, no offense, but right now you are just a kid. And if you show up at clinicals covered in hello kitty and you are still in your teens, I can imagine you will have a hard time. It's hard enough to earn the respect of doctors and nurses for you to set yourself back before you even start!

But I imagine if you are working with kids it helps to have a little bit of a fun side and the kids will like the hello kitty and other kids stuff, just be warned that if would be best to keep it a little toned down (but still be your young fun loving self!) til you see how things are.

Just don't act embarrassed or nervous about being who you are. If you have a strong personality then they can't help but respect you for expressing yourself.
