I'm getting ready to graduate and I need your help with a research paper

This is my last reasearch paper before graduating in 2 weeks and I'm hoping I can get some feedback. The paper is titled "Hospice Nurse Burnout".
I have put together some sample questions to include in my paper so i'm hoping to get responses from a few hospice nurses.

Wait a minute, how did you present this to your Institutional Review Board? Did you tell them you were going to allnurses.com?
Is there a waiver? Informed consent? Exempted consent? or what?

p.s. I am surprised that your research advisor didn't suggest you go to a specific Hospice nurse group months ago to ask to attach your questionnair to their newsletter...?

Gennavar, it's just a school paper for a research class not an "real" experiment for publication in journals. We don't have to go through all that drama. . The student is just trying to get through school.
