Well I actually have an interview with Rush Memorial lined up and I need to have my temporary permit before I transfer. It may be a different playing field for me as I am coming from 4 years OR experience at the number 1 orthopedic surgical hospital in the country. All that but still no fingerprint card :/
From what I understand it takes a verrrry long time to get endorsed to Illinois :/ I passed the nclex 2/27 and have yet to receive my license. Endorsing I heard takes even longer.
To get the fingerprint card I had to email [email protected]
And give them your address they will send it. Then you have to send your fingerprints with $54 check to an approved Illinois live scan vendor.
However, if you want it to be quicker and get it right the first time I suggest you go to a live scan vendor in Illinois... I got my fingerprints done on the out of state fingerprint card and they told me they needed to be redone.. So coming to Illinois and getting them done digitally may be your best bet at getting it done quicker.... Goodluck!
