IL Child Endangerment Charge

Anyone been arrested for misdemeanor child endangerment with no consequences from BON? My child is 15 with a learners permit and she was speeding. She got pulled over and didn't get a ticket but I was arrested for "allowing" it. Help, I'm a nervous wreck!
