Okay, I know we have beat this subject to death many times however, I am going to beat it just once more.

We order out steths on Monday. I have it narrowed to the Littman Classic II and the Cardio III. Without considering the cost difference, which one should I get? Does the cardio III offer that much better of a sound?

I haven't selected where I would like to go after I graduate. I am keeping all of my options open.

Sorry I don't know which one to tell you, all I know is I made it through NSG school with the $18 that came with out first semester kit. I never had any problems. If I were you I would wait, especially if you work ICU or something, there you don't use your personal scope.

I have the classic II and love it. Have not tried the cardiology III though.

Just a suggestion, take a look on ebay, I have seen Littman Cardiology III stethoscopes go for 40.00 new, a far cry form the 300 canadian they charge here. If my classic II ever dies on me that is where I will buy my next Steth.
