I'm a little confused by this:
If I already have an undergraduate degree, could I transfer into a regular BSN program, or can I only apply to an Accelerated BSN program?
I've tried to go on school's websites about this, and look at their FAQ sections, but I couldn't really find this answer.
I just don't think that I would actually be able to "learn" in an accelerated program.

I agree with above poster. It is not mandatory for you to go into ABSN programs.
Word of advice: If you can't locate info on the school's website, just call or send email.

You can apply to BSN programs as well.
However make sure to speak with the school, I've encountered a few schools who did not take transfers (which is what you would be considered).
