I haven't seen a forum for this program so I thought I would start one!

how do u get to this. I just follow the link sent in my email and it only shows a green banner that says submitted

Hey! Since you got an invite to interview has this changed for you? Mine still says ready for review. Just wondering if my application was lost in translation or if it says this even after being reviewed and you getting your invite?

Also got an interview - still says "ready for review" on my app

Those are really good stats! You are so qualified! I am sorry you haven't heard back yet. That's hard. I have a 3.8 GPA. 1 year and a few months CVICU and CCRN and didn't get an interview. So I think I have to work on continuing and gaining more experience too.

@Pop Quiz yeah we sound like we have similar stats. Did they tell you that you were not selected for an interview or like me do you suppose that it's because you would have heard by now. Great job on getting that CCRN so quickly!

Hi, everyone,

I know they have already sent the interview invites but has anyone received a rejection yet? I haven't received anything from them yet so just assuming that I didn't make the cut.

Don't know if you got the email but I received one yesterday informing me that if we didn't receive an invitation to interview (which I did not) then they encourage us to try again next year. Basically an official rejection 😂 Good luck to everybody with their interviews and everybody else with future applications!

Does anyone have any insight on the interview style? I know its the first time they are having interviews so I wouldn't be surprised if no one knows

My guess is it will be mostly EI questions with maybe 1/2 related to your clinical specialties. 30 min interviews seems like way too short of a time to really dive into clinical questions when it seems their emphasis is on creating a cohesive cohort. My bet is they're modeling after Gonzaga who really push EI questions in their panels

How was everybody's first day of interviews? Good luck to all interviewing in the next few days I hope they go smoothly 🤞🤞

It was a hard interview, lots of EI questions and the couple clinical questions were extremely hard... They said I should hear back by mid March.

Were the clinical questions tailored to your primary ICU practice

No, I don't have much cardiac or vascular experience, and they were already aware of that.
