ICU to m-f to l&d midwife?

Looking for career change advice. Keeping it brief.

Currently work as ICU nurse and plan to go into L&D eventually then become a midwife. 

But looking for a Monday through Friday no weekends job currently. Is there anything in that field or semi related that is M-F? All I can think of is educator (not qualified) and case manager (no opening in that area).

L&D is a 24/7 job, and most likely as someone new to the unit, you will start out on night shift.

If you want women's health, rather than specifically L&D, you could work in a women's health/OB clinic.
