I have mixed feelings about this school since I've heard how disorganized they are. But I really need a hybrid LVN to ADN program and it's unfortunate California does not offer this option. I do have a friend who just finished at ICHS and she says they've been doing their clinicals at the end of the program due to COVID. But it was also convoluted because everybody was trying to complete their clinical hours, and there were no available days when they signed up for it. The admissions advisor did say 50% of clinicals will be completed online: VSIMs. I may just bite the bullet and go for it. But not 100% yet. ?
Hello , how is it going im a big scared?

I am thinking about applying for the program, I am located in the central valley (California). I applied to 6 different programs locally and I'm still waiting to see if I am accepted. Would it be in my best interest to get the process started? I am imagining it would be a June start date if I am accepted. What are your thoughts?
Hi! I am from the central valley too! I started today with Pharm have you started?
Hello,
Is there anyone currently enrolled in Ichs? I just applied and want to do my prequisite and ADN but it’s so many bad reviews and I’m scared. How are the lectures exams, test and quizzes? I don’t expect it to be easy but is it doable? Has anyone finished and passed NCLEX currently working in California.

What about accommodations near school? Any tips?

Are the negative reviews troublesome to any one else? I really need an online / hybrid program, and I don't know of any others, but this program has been slaaaaaammed by so many students. Multiple people, including those I know personally, state that it is a highly disorganized program. They've stated that they change teachers mid class and change the testing format without any notice then tell you to be "adaptive" because you'll have to do that as a nurse. I don't know....I'm so nervous but I've been looking to do this program forever so I am truly unsure of what to do right now.
Trust your nursing intuition. I've just finished this program but I had to put in so much hard work, money and sacrifices. I mean that's what a nursing program can do to you. But I'm really begging yall to think about it. I would not recommend the emotional/physical stress majority of our class went through. I can go on to so many details about the negative experiences we've dealt with this school. I can't attest if other nursing schools are just like this but I'm currently going through therapy because of the emotional turmoil it caused me.
