hi all, 

I've submitted an application to Integrated Anesthesia Associates, Nurse Anesthesia Program of Hartford for 2024 start date. Wondering if anyone else is applying and knows anything about the application process ? Excited and Nervous!

I just got an interview from them

And (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) is no longer the director, they will have a new director (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) interviewing

I got an invite to interview today! Very excited! Does anyone know anything about their interview style?

How were peoples interviews? I know theyre accepting some people on the spot...does anyone know if thats the only way they are accepting? I was told wed hear back in the end of october

Multiple people who have interviewed were not accepted on the spot

I heard 2 ppl accepted on the spot

Okay thanks! I just want to guage my chances, not that it makes a difference I guess!  Im just a ball of anxiety LOL

LOL don't worry you'll be okay! I feel like most people generally aren't accepted on the spot so I wouldn't stress

Do you happen to know how many people they are interviewing versus accepting?

I'm not sure how many interviews. But I know they have 20 spots, they said in the open house they don't need to fill all of them
