Hai,

I am working in Saudi Arabia,in a well reputed hospital King Fahd Military Medical Complex (KFMMC),its including nursing school and its a multi speciality hospital too.....

The problem is the hospital management dont want to care about the expatriate nurses, mostly like Philippinos and Indians etc meaning non arabic nationalities..

And the Govt. announced salary increment for all expatriate nurses recently about 20%to 60% including military and MOH too, the KFMMC management dont want to give any increment to any expatriates,and they r telling they dont have any circulars.

MOH giving all the benefits like HRA,transportation,Food allowance etc. for the nurses who is staying outside the hospital with family,and they giving the periodical increment whatever the Govt.decding, and every six months 15 days bonus too...

And the KFMMC telling they will not give any increment to staff and if any body want to resign they can left the job and go..eventhough the govt want to protect the expatriate nurses and doctors interests

If any body move against the management they will put unnecessary blames on them and they will put them in jail or send abck to home.so nobody want to complaint against them...

these are the things happening over in the famous KFMMC in KSA.

Hi, I made another thread recently and got no reply in regards to questions i have about 'working in saudi.' Do you know of any hospitals that has a computer documentation system.

Secondly, do you know of any hospitals with burn units?

ps- i am very surprised to hear that your management is not complying with the pay increase ordered by the govt. Hope your situation got better by now. take care. please respond to my questions asap. thank you again!
