Criteria: 1. You must already have a completed resume. I'm reviewing, not writing. 2. You must be looking for a job as a RN. 3. You do not have to be licensed.

I'm also a late comer, but I graduated in May and am still looking. Im an ADN trying to get my pre-reqs as quickly as possible so I can get my BSN and hopefully someone will consider me. If you get some time, maybe I have a crappy resume
