I want to futher my education

I recently passed my NCLEX test(1 week ago). I am going for RN now, but later I want to get my Master's. Do I have to get my BSN first or can I just go for Master's.

There are some RN to MSN programs out there. Some grant you a BSN and others don't. Don't quote me on the one though, as I am not completely sure.
