Hey all ,
I took my nclex RN on 5/3/14 and it was the most difficult exam I've ever taken. I had 100 questions which took me FOREVER to do, i had about 30 SATAs from that, I had priority questions and about 6 med questions (some of which I didnt know of), I also had lots of teaching questions.
Throughout the test I was devastated because I felt like I was failing. I got a super easy question in the middle of the test which really made me feel like poop. I got home and did the PVT and I got the good pop up. I'm not sure if Im getting it because I took it 3 times already or whatever. I am very doubtful I passed given that... I just felt so horrible about the test .
Really, is there any other reason I may get the good pop up and not pass?

Im pretty sure you passed..if i may ask did you solely used kaplan for your review?were you able to utilize the decision tree strategy during the exam?was it helpful?sorry for asking a lot of questions..thanks..
I studied really hard for this exam but the questions on nclex were super tricky. The answer you expect is never there. I do believe the Kaplan strategies definitely helped in selecting answers. But content knowledge is very important for SATA questions, that's just my opinion. I don't know for sure if I passed or not.,

Jennifer_app. I agree, content is super important for the SATA's I got 20 in the 75 questions I had, was slammed with meds, 4 EKG strips, a picture question a bunch of the look at the labs and figure out what you would do type questions, priorty, teaching, delagation and some other stuff. Agree with you, by far the hardest exam I have ever taken. But hopefully the difficulty will mean we were doing well and passed!!!
