I am tired of the poor nursing managment

I am tired of the poor nursing management at my workplace. I have only worked 4 years plus at my public hospital. The management does not care about the needs of their workers. When something needs to be fixed in order for the patient to be safe or comfortable they assume that you are taking over the job. They will never say they will see into the matter and discuss with the other authorities

They do not encourage the staff to enjoy their profession. It is really sad. The only reason I continue is that their are patients out there who need my help.

Anybody who experienced this challenge I say continue to verbalise the patients needs for their own safety and comfort and document that you have done so
