Should I just stop trying to be a nurse. I applied to darton college three times and didn't get accepted. This is my second time applying to Augusta State University and I am selected as an alternate. So I will be placed on the Alternates list. I don't know what else to do. It feels like my life is on hold. I am done with all of my core classes. I am just so stressed out. Please help...

This is my first year applying and waiting for letters. I got two rejections and one possible that I'm waiting on now. One rejection was from Darton. Anyway I think you should try to apply to more colleges. If you really want to get in you might have to go near or far. There is enough colleges to go around. I know there is one waiting on you to apply. You got to step out on faith and be willing to go where ever. If I don't get in anywhere I'm just going to keep taking classes toward by BSN and reapply to all colleges again. I'm willing to even go to a different state. My friends just got into Spartanburg community college and thats a big transition for them. They have to move and everything. I didn't get in because I didn't have one class finished that I'm in now. My friends that got in have kids and other responsibiliies but they are still willing. This particular school doesn't do entrance exams, they go by points. Anyway don't give up and have faith. Just keep trying trust me your not the only one who's having a hard time and remember to try other colleges near and far. Good luck and I hope you get in somewhere.

I completely agree with limitless! Apply to more schools! Near/far/whatever! Do not give up on your dreams! These no's are just "not now" or "not this school." It is not the end!
