I start the LVN program in January...

in American Career College in Anaheim CA and I am so excited for school to start. I am currently a real estate agent full time and as everyone knows the market everywhere isn't that great right now, soooo I have a lot of spare time to study. So where should I even start? I've been reading a couple of things from friends textbooks etc. but what should I really focus on? I know there are so much things to learn but for those that have done an LVN program, if you had almost 2 months to study prior to starting school, where would you start? Your input would be greatly appreciated :)

During orientation, my instructor said that if anyone wanted to get a head start, to read their anatomy book. She went on to say, when you get to the end, read it again. I'm thinking I'm going to start there:)

Hey Mel...

I am also a realtor starting LPN school in Jan.. Our market has not been as bad as other places (IN), but I have wanted to be a nurse for sometime, and figured now would probably be the best.

It will definitely be different than we're use to, but I think the hard work will pay off in the end!

Good Luck!

Jamie
