Im really nervous they say its really hard and the teachers are really mean at first they try to weed you out. Any advice for studying and getting through it?

Dont know any tips but just stay strong and dont let them get u down,im starting right after you are so we both have to be strong

Congrats on startin ur program. I start in Sept. Just be strong. Pay attention. Focus. Eye contact and concentrate. Make sure if you have any questions, try and find the answers ahead of time so they don't try and send you back to something you already looked up. I would recommend you look them up on www.ratemyprofessors.com if you know their names. See how they stand out. But good luck...

I expected the worse when I first started school and found my teachers were lovely and supportive and my clinical experiences were fun not stress filled.
Your going to learn fundamentals and they are the foundation on which the rest of your house of nursing will be built. Some will take some time to absorb but you will get there.
Start studying NCLEX questions now since alot of you test question will be nclex style.
