I have a few questions for NP's or MSNs

Hi! I am a nursing student and I have a presentation to do that requires asking some questions to any nurses out there who have gotten liscensure as a Nurse Practitioner or have Masters in nursing. Actually, I have to find these things out from 1 of each program in nursing, so LPN, RN, BSN, MSN, and Nurse Practioner! They are basically your opinion about some things. :twocents:

  1. What is nursing education like now compared to when you went to school to get become a Nurse?
  2. What was the hardest part about going to school?
  3. What is most memorable about your initial licensure nurse?
  4. Where was your first job? What kind of feelings did you experience?
  5. What other places have you worked?
  6. What kind of nursing job do you find most enjoyable?
  7. Why did you get into the profession?
  8. What do you wish you had known before you got into a nursing program?
  9. What suggestions do you have that would enhance the success in nursing school?
  10. Is there anything specific that you feel nurses need to have more emphasis on in their training?
  11. If you were training nurses, if you had it your way, they'd all learn a lot about....
  12. What kinds of things in your profession make going to school to be a nurse worth the while?
