I had 265 questions with bad popup

I had 265 questions and the last question I know I got right. I got home and did the PVT and it took me to cc page. Does that mean I failed? Cause I heard that if u get the last question right on 265 questions you passed. It my 3rd time to take test and have had 265 all 3 times! HELP!!!:(

. Did you enter your credit card info? The PVT changed in August 2014.

Urban legend. Only if you ran out of time do you have to be above the passing line on the last 60 questions. You must prove with a statistical CI of 95% that you are above the passing line in all domains. That is how you pass.

I didn't run outta time. I had time left when it cut off. But I heard so many people say that if you get the last question right you passed. But who knows... I was just told to put in like a gift card or a card that didn't have that much money on it and if it doesn't pop up that u have already taken the test then that means you failed. I took this morning at 8:00

First you need to wait 24 hours as the test is scored twice. If it already tried to do the trick and it tried to charge you there is no point in repeating. You will not get an accurate result except risking test charges that are nonrefundable.

People say a lot of things, often based on hearsay not fact. For details on scoring check out the NCLEX FAQ on the NCSBN. Any other person or source is not reliable. Myself and other members such as RNsRWepost responses quoting the reputable source (often NCSBN). You will not find anything about the registration anomaly aka PVT as its not official nor condoned by NCSBN or any BoN.

If your state participates in quick results you will get an accurate result for $8.

I failed with 265 questions. Don't know what else to do ... I am a LVN and passed the first time with 85 questions but can't pass the nclex to save my life ..
