Hi all,
I am RN from California. I got a job offer from Arizona state and need to endorse my license sooner. I was looking at the AZ BON web site and it says it is a compact state. My questions are:
Do i have to give TOEFL to be eligible to endorse my license?
Also do they accept the credential done from California BON?
Does anyone had endorse license in AZ from California state (international nurses) what did you do please let me know.
I really appreciate your help.
Thank You.

California is not a compact state so don't worry about that.
I endorsed from NY to AZ and was required to get CES so you may find the same thing, best thing to do is email them. I have found them quick to answer questions I asked
What is CES? Do i have to go through CGFNS to endorse license in AZ from CA. DID you also hsve to submit TOEFL?
Thank you for you response.
I did not require English exam for AZ and CES is a transcript evaluation done by CGFNS. I would suggest you contact AZ BON and ask them if it is required that you get a CES report even though you have met CA requirements and passed NCLEX
Hi silverdragon,
I tried to call the AZ BON but did not get hold of them and also no reply of email yet. I am wondering when did you get the AZ license? Is visa screening and CES is the same? I know visa screening you need TOEFL but how about CES?
Anyone who endorse licence in AZ please help me with my problem.
I am trying to call but noone is answering in AZ , and have not got the response of email too.
Thank you for your help.
visa screen is not the same however CGFNS will use as necessary the same docs. It was a few years I got CES and vsc but only in the last 2 years that I had to contact AZ as I required something sent by them to my Provincial College of RN here in Canada and they was quick in replying and assisting me
Thanks for the response.
