I just took my NCLEX RN on Jan.18th 2014 and I really thought I failed cause it shut off on 75 and I didn't feel confident in my answers I was crying so hard feeling so down knowing that I gave all my time and effort for the exam. And I graduated 2007 in the Philippines and I thought I would not make it cause they said the exam is really really difficult but I still tried it! And when my husband paid for the quick results and says that I passed I couldn't believe it!
I used Saunder's comprehensive review questions, Kaplan comprehensive book, Michael Linares lectures and lots of free online nclex rn lectures! I didn't have to pay any review center. And I know you guys can do it too! Just give your 100% time and effort, take it seriously. All Glory to God!

HI astrid,
i also graduated in the PHIL last 2008. I will be taking my nclex this feb10. Do you mind sharing other systems or topics that came out in your exam? I am sssoooooo nervous... I also have a 7 month old baby, so my time is divided between my studies and baby..
