I almost never write these things, but i promised myself i would if i passed. Today i just did the quick results (pearson vue trick didnt work for me and just made me panic even more). Guys, I passed in 265 questions, and let me tell you, if i did, anyone can. Really.I did Kaplan, had a 48 on diagnostic, 57 on readiness, and qtrainers in the 50's, and the qbank in the 40's, really. I studied my butt off though, I did all the NCLEX mastery questions (around 1800) and had a 68. I left honestly thinking I failed horribly, and cried for two days while my friends and family tried to keep my mind occupied, and thank god for them. I do feel like there wasnt THAT much on actual medical knowledge, I know every disease and every lab, all the things in the kaplan textbook but i still feel like most of the questions were based on priority and knowing the nclex style than the actual information, or maybe thats just me. Dont take my word for it though, study study study! everything, and just walk in KNOWING you passed. really, if you passed nursing school (and we all know how tough that is!), you CAN do this!
