All things are truly possible. I just found out that I passed NCLEX and I'm officially a registered nurse. I'm in tears right now. I'm so happy. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting on results.

Congratulations! Party Time!:clpty:
Thank guys. This weekend I'm gonna sit back and chill. That's for sure!! Hahaha
Suchababe, I used the Saunders 4e cd, LaCharity Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment, and Pharmacology Made Insanely Easy (for the mnemonics because I suck at remembering medications.) Out of the 3 I probably used Saunders the most. I found LaCharity to be a bit daunting because I kept getting questions wrong. It made me doubt myself which only made me more nervous. I didn't use that book the last week before the exam because of that. I did find it useful though because most of my questions on the NCLEX were prioritization. They really ARE focusing more on that in this exam.
Saunders was good for content. I got a lot of psych disorders on my exam. I didn't study psych much but I remembered things from nursing school so that helped. Saunder's pharm section really helps you on the medications on the NCLEX.
