I need Sympathy!

I just need to vent a little. I have the FLU!!! :crying2: I have been sick for a solid week now. Every time I think I am getting better I have a relapse and feel 10 times worse. Today I have lost my voice, ache all over, and can't breathe through my nose. The good news is that work has been great about me being out so long. My doc, who is an orthopaedic surgeon, even called me in antibiotics yesterday. ( I now have a secondary bacterial infection on top of the flu which explains the relapse). I feel so guilty about not being at work though, that is almost worse than being miserably sick. Oh well, I think I just need some tea and sympathy. Pray for me as I fight my way back from the dreaded flu. :sofahider Thanks for listening.

The flu is running amok through my class, too. One of our students even actually got tested for it and came up positive..poor thing. Glad I got the shot, but I have had a miserable head/chest cold for a week myself and cough till I'm dizzy and have a headache. Yuck!

So yep, you have my complete sympathy! Your co-workers are probably grateful to you for not coming in and sharing the "love"..I know I would be!
