If anyone has a report sheet they could send me, I would appreciate it. I am currently doing my clinical rotation in L&D/PP and the report sheet they use is so rediculously UNREADABLE....I tried to redo it, but I dont even understand half the things on there, HELP if you can.
Thanks!

My LDRP doesn't use report sheets for labor pts --- we do have report sheets for postpartum pts ---- We have to tell the next nurse, gravida-para, type of del, time of del, type of epis if applicable, blood type, HIV status, hep status, rubella status, meds given, etc.
Any specific questions I could help with, I'd be happy to........nurseob7;)
this is what i have made (or copied) so far....
it is the highlighted items that i dont quite know what they are, although when you tell me, i am sure i am going to be like "duh!!!" to myself.....thanks for the help

Cannot figure out the what the first highlighted one could be ....... Hbag is the hepatitis B status of the mother .......RPR is the serology (either reactive or nonreactive) RPR is testing for syphilis .......The last one is H/H would most likely be the Hemoglobin and Hematocrit.....that is a common lab test ordered for the 1st postpartum day.........
Hope that helps!!
Thanks. That does help.....maybe the Disg is Drsg does that make sense to you?
I bet you are right --- it is just most likely a typing error and should be drsg.......we would mention that with a c/section --- we say "low transvere dry and intact", or "open to air with staples", "abd dressing with small drainage marked" ----- Good Luck!
