Hi, im an LVN here in california. I took minor subjects from Lyceum of the Philippines 6 yrs ago fro my ab communications - undergrad. I was wondering if schools like feu, chinese gen, and trinity (or other schools) will credit some of my minor subjects taken at that time. Im kinda worried because its been 6 years and they might not accept some subjects with same course descriptions. I would appreciate your knowledge on this guys! thanks!

did you finish your ab communications degree?
i assume you want to earn a bsn.
feu is pretty strict regarding nursing admissions (after years of open admissions policy).
i've seen some, even with the greatest scholastic records, that repeated all subjects taken from their previous college and started as freshman. you have to visit with the admissions and external relations office (aero) and have your records evaluated to check if you qualify for the bs nursing program.
and i know trinity is more strict than feu.
here's feu's contact info.

thanks for that, just when i thought i found an easier way to get my bsn =). it's kinda hard to get in to the rn program here in cali. there's a long wait list. im actually concern about the duration of the subjects ive taken for my mas com - which i didnt finish. took them over 6 yrs ago. here in cali they have a 5 years limit kasi, after that hndi na magagamit as pre requisite yung mga subjects. do u know if ganon din sa pinas ?
i know. we had a mini get-together with 2 of my friends in LA. One is an LVN and she can't get into the RN program either because of long wait list.
I'm not really sure about how Philippine schools credit some subjects. Just inquire.
